Where your voice and text are processed. Checked providers are tried top to bottom. Nothing checked means the recommended order. Providers above your privacy level are greyed out and never used.

Voice and text run on GPU machines. Pick the providers you trust, in order. You can change this any time in Settings. Leaving everything unchecked uses the recommended order.
The EU zone is being set up. Until it launches, all accounts are stored in the US; your choice is saved and applied when your zone opens. Moving to another zone later is a data export and import, not a settings switch.
